We currently do not accept international returns. If you have any questions, please email us. We encourage customers to review orders carefully before purchasing. However, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery for items with quality problems, provided they are unused and in original packaging.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Full refunds are available if cancellation occurs before shipment

  • Orders typically ship within 24 hours (cutoff at 4PM daily)

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase but before shipping incur a 15% fee

  • No cancellations possible after shipment

2. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for:

  • Incorrect items shipped

  • Defective products

Due to high international shipping costs, we may require photos or descriptions before processing exchanges. Please contact customer support before returning any items.


3. Refunds
Refunds are available for:

  • Items returned in original condition (non-quality issues)

  • Faulty or damaged items (including return shipping costs)

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Import taxes on materials may apply to certain products

  • We'll provide material tax documentation when applicable
