2. About Free Warranty:
Maxcatch have free warranty only for this website orders. Please provide us your order number with broken photos to us. We recommend you order directly from this website to get free warranty.
3. I have problem with products:
If you received wrong products or faulty products, please email us immediately, we will deal with it as soon as possible for you.
4. I have questions about specific products:
Please let us know which products you are interested in, please send with product’s link. Excuse us we are off on weekends, we will try our best to reply to you as soon as possible.
5. How Can I Get Maxcatch Free Gifts?
We have different free gifts for every order online. Most of them will be packed according to the total amount.
6. About Shipping Method:
We have two main shipping methods:
Express shipping 3-15days normally(Free for order over $200)
Ordinary shipping 15-30days normally(Free for order over $20).
Please leave a correct address, we will use it for international shipping.
We are sorry we can not ship to PO BOX address, if you choose express shipping.

8. Why I can not track my order?
The tracking number is a new number and that means the carrier enabled a tracking number but hasn't scan it yet in any facilities. It should be accessible soon.
