Returns

Maxcatch Official store strives to provide 5 stars shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 3 days from the date of shipment sign up and in new, unused condition with original packaging. 

You must contact us at sales@maxcatchfishing.com prior to return/exchange products to us. We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification. 

Please refer to Return & Exchange for the terms as following:

 

1. Order Cancellation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled before package has been shipped out. All items sold online has available stock, normally we promise package ship out within 24hours. Shippment should be made 4PM everyday. You should contact us at sales@maxcatchfishing.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

 

2. Exchange

We will accept exchanges for a wrong wrong item sending, or products defection. Because of high cost in international shipping, the certain photos and description may be required according to the case.

Please contact our customer support for solution before sending the products back.

 

3. Refund

If you are not satisfied with our products (Not Quality Problem), you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. As you know, it will be high tax to import the material from other country in China. After we use new material for our products, we will show you the material tax cost to pay. And shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.
